We have 15 physicians in 3 clinics serving the City of Lloydminster and surrounding area including Blackfoot, Kitscoty, Onion Lake (SK), Marshall (SK), Lashburn (SK), Maidstone (SK) and Turtleford (SK)

Healthy weight, healthy you

Upon physician or other health care provider referral to the Primary Care Network, nursing and dietitian staff provide clients with individual assessment and counseling, follow-up and referrals necessary. We also work with our partners in health care provision, Alberta Health Services, in delivery of the Weight Wise™ Program.
